End of Year Giving

Thank you for your financial giving this past year and for your help in reaching our year-end goal of $210,500. Every dollar helps us reach our community for Christ. We currently are $72,836 short of reaching our goal. To give online, click here or postmark your check by December 31. The church office will be open 9am-5pm Monday, Dec. 31. All undesignated giving will go towards our year-end goal.

FFMC continues to need your regular, ongoing support as we work to eliminate the deficit. “Operations” may not seem very appealing to many givers. However, it is essential for all the other ministries. Thank you for your stewardship!

You can give online to FFMC and its ministries.

Whether it is $5 or $50 or $500 or more, that we give to the church — Why do we do it?

Is it like membership dues?
From habit and heritage?
Out of strong feelings in response to need?
Will I get something back? (God will bless me if I give)
There is probably some of all the above in our giving.

But how about these as reasons to give?

I’ve joyfully encountered Jesus.
I am a committed follower of Jesus.
All I have belongs to God.
Giving arises naturally out of love and devotion, and a desire to be a good steward of what is God’s.

At FFMC we hope that these are the deepest reasons we give. But if we’re wise, we’ll carefully consider what we give to.
