Pastor’s eNote: Weekly Update
Generosity counts. This simple statement captures the importance of stewardship in this moment in the life of our church. Over the decades, many people in the life of our church have given to support the work of the Lord at FFMC. These gifts have come as financial support, time commitments, visions for new ministry, and many other expressions.
- Our church continues to navigate some important issues. None of them are problems but all are opportunities to set our course with the Lord in the coming decade.
- Our youth ministry continues to thrive as we are regularly gathering 15-20 teens each Wednesday night. Most of these young people do not have families involved in our church.
- Our ministry of music and worship continues to broaden and deepen our time of Sunday worship.
- Our mission team will be leaving for Vietnam in just two months in partnership with Free Methodist World Missions.
- Our buildings at FFMC are all under prayerful consideration as we look to the future needs of our ministries.
This list could be much longer! Our generosity of time, finances, and energy are important in this very moment. If you have not yet returned your pledge card for 2025-2026, please consider how you can support the work of the Lord Jesus here at FFMC in the coming year. For those who have done so, your continued commitment to God’s work at FFMC is to be celebrated.
I look forward to sharing in these important and blessed days with all of you!
Grace to You All,
Pastor Craig Brown
