Pastor’s eNote: Weekly Update

As a pastor, I get the privilege to see so many moments of God working. I often tell people the best part of my work is having a front row seat to the amazing things the Lord is doing in our midst. There is great joy in the work of serving as a pastor.
How can we share some of these great stories together? Is there a way to give people inside and outside of FFMC that same front row seat? We believe that we have found a way to do just that.
We are pleased to announce a new FFMC podcast called “Connections.” Connections will be released monthly before moving to something more frequent. Each episode will features stories of what God is doing in our church and community. The format is conversational and very informal.
Our inaugural episode will drop this Thursday. I’ll be interviewing our Family Ministry Director, Hannah Huskey. We’ll be talking about Camp Rooted and Raised, Family Ministry, and the upcoming Friday Night Fellowship event on September 19.
Connections is all about how we practice our way of life: Love People, Connect to Jesus, and Serve the World. I hope and pray your walk with the Lord will be encouraged by these stories of God’s power and grace.
Connections is part of the FFMC podcast. If you are already subscribed to the FFMC podcast, there is nothing to do. The new podcast will download automatically. If you use the FFMC app, you will see the same episode. Here is a quick link to go to our podcast page so you can subscribe using your favorite podcasting app.
There will be more episodes of Connections coming soon. God is at work at FFMC. We are serving the Lord in new ways. We should all be hearing about it!
Grace to You All,
